About Bhavna
Bhavna is an accomplished legal practitioner whose practice reflects a sophisticated blend of commercial law, corporate compliance, property law, deceased estates, and a broad range of conveyancing transactions.
She advises a diverse client base, including specialised medical practices, financial institutions, hospitality operators, property developers, and private individuals.
Her practice further encompasses estate structuring, with a particular focus on trusts. In this capacity, Bhavna advises on the establishment, administration, and regulatory compliance of trust and estate structures, ensuring that clients’ personal and commercial interests are protected through sound, forward-looking legal strategies. About Serish
Serish is an admitted attorney with a diverse and well-rounded legal practice.
His commercial expertise covers corporate advisory work, including contract drafting, corporate structuring, acquisitions, shareholder matters, and regulatory compliance. He has acted in a range of litigation forums, from the High Court (in multiple jurisdictions) and the Labour Court.
In the mining and energy sectors, Serish advises on all matters generally arising under the MPRDA. He has notably spent significant time working directly with disadvantaged mining communities and their traditional leaders, often setting aside his suit and engaging on the ground to understand their concerns and realities. This practical experience, coupled with his work alongside major mining houses, has earned him a reputation for helping bridge differences and facilitate constructive, solutions-driven engagement between mining stakeholders.
His practice also extends to criminal law, bail applications, commercial crime matters, domestic violence, harassment and trial proceedings. Over the past 15 years, he has argued and practised throughout Johannesburg’s criminal court circuit, while maintaining regular engagement with police stations and prosecutors across the province.
He holds the Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa.
